      1、小炒南瓜:把南瓜去皮洗净,切成厘米见厚的片,把葱切成段;油锅烧热,把切好的南瓜倒入锅中翻炒,炒一会儿,加盐,再淋上水,盖上锅盖煮一会儿,放入葱段,加少许味精,翻动一下即可装盘。 2、南瓜饼:把南瓜去皮蒸熟,然后把蒸好的南瓜陶烂,和入面粉,加入白糖(多少依据个人喜好),再把南瓜面团分成几部分,把各部分揉成长条,切成均匀的小段,小段压成圆饼状,下油锅炸,炸熟即可装盘食用。
