It is such a terrible tele card I've never seen before. I called my Mum for 3 times this morning, no one can last 15 seconds. Yesterday I tried to connect to the local access for over 10 times, the line seemed very busy. The only three times, which I could dial my home number, didn't work. Unbelieveable they change me every time add up to $1.50.

This evening, I made some phone calls to ShangHai, encountered same problem as you met. The connect was interrupt after 10 seconds and I was charged for 1 minute. But I made other phone calls to BJ successfully. -eglington(eglington); 2001-5-30 {165} (#85656@0)
