            1 为移民加拿大 的下一代少年朋友提供相互交流的中心。
            2 不同的年龄有着不同的思想，所以建议划分不同的年龄段，为他们提供各种功能：如 交友，聊天，游戏，笔友’‘’‘’‘
            3 为国内的小朋友提供一个通道，了解移民到国外的小朋友们的生活，学习，感受。
