T&G is way too low for admission to decent schools. Part-time here doesn't mean your study load can only be 50% or less. In fact, you can study as many as you can even with part-time status.

since it's master program, the requirement should be the same. another important point is that for your master study you need to do research, which requires you to spend enough time with your supervisor and fellow students to work together.
