      Are you currently in China? You don't have to consider too much about the living
      place right now. Once you get contacted with a landlord, just take it. You may
      relocate after you come here if you're not satisfied with that place.

      If you really want to settle down in Canada, renting furniture is not economical.
      That suits only those who want to stay for a short period of time.
