Royal bank supports it, if the payee also has a royal acct. Or u can use paypal, if payee also has a paypal acct.

Royal bank. I think what Bingle asked is to transfer fund to the other accounts. I don't think you can do it in royal bank. I am using royal bank's internet banking. What do you think?
