    I admire you very much. But i find our your some disappointment in your words. Have you sometimes ever felt regretful ?

      Sorry for having disappointed you. Of course,
      my wording is full of problems because I
      am not a native English speaker. By the way, I am not an instructor for young people
      so I do pretend at anytime. If you meant some so-called dirty words in my remarks, my explanation is it is a language phenomenon. In addition, I don't flatter people. It is not a good manner to make people happy without strong reasons.
      Take it as example: If somebody has used VB for 4 years but has never worked on COM, ADO, DCOM, can we tell him/her it is
      no problem to find a job in Canada?
