Maybe, but it's a commercial product, like IE although it's free for using, but you shouldn't decompile, reverse engineer...it. Anyway it's just my thoughts, before decode it, you'd better read the EULA of the product. enjoy it.

search the key words in yahoo or other search engine. hehe, if you want to decode your DVD-ROM, maybe I can help you, but I am not familiar with satellite TV/ dish

I only know there is a place to buy a dish only for CCTV 4. The price is around $360. No monthly fee. I also want to know more about it.
