      According to my understanding, you may open an account in CIBC Beijing office, transfer your money (maybe in foreign currency) into this account from your other account in a China's bank.
      After you come to Canada, you may be able to withdraw from this account, am I right?

        For example, if I buy money draft from China Bank and transfer it to my CIBC account opened in Beijing. Do I need to pay any surcharge to CIBC, when I withdraw cash from CIBC account?

        Another thing, if I buy money draft from China Bank and set the receiver myself in Beijing. Can I change the money draft into cash from China Bank Vancouver Branch directly only with my passport? And is there any additional fee needed in China Bank Vancouver Branch.
