POSITION :
Industrial Engineer
JOB OVERVIEW :
•
Achieve targets given by superior and maintain the management goals with a full
understanding of company policies, procedures and operating philosophies.
•
Create and maintain labor standards for existing and new business.
•
Develop new processes, job design and continual improvements as required.
•
Prepare input analysis for new business and participate as required.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES :
•
Develop and maintain all process/labor standards.
•
Lead Kaizen program and report to General Manager monthly.
•
Lead the company Ergonomic Program and report to JHSC monthly.
•
Maintain line balance and efficient process.
•
Assist in productivity improvements, defect/scrap reduction and safety issues as
required.
•
Prepare manpower quotations and process analysis.
•
Acquire quotations, source vendors and mange the implementation of new projects.
•
Travel as needed.
•
Prepare and maintain all pertinent documentation as required.
•
Communicate with Customers/Suppliers as necessary.
•
Other duties as required.

1) Issue purchase order
