本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛Currently, there is a common area renovation construction going on. I got notice from Fraser that the construction crew is going to tear down the fence, and everything in the backyard will be remove (including my air conditioner).
Fraser said that I have responsible in moving & keeping the air conditioner.
To me, this is total strange,
1) If I were to disconnect the air conditioner and put assigned away from the construction, where will I put it? In my living room? How about my bedroom? Where can I store it?
2) Why I should be penalize in paying for the cost of moving the air conditioner and having my deck being destroy? I believe the condo corporation should compensate me and my immediate neighbors for our lost.
3) This construction from my understanding will take 4 months to complete. Does that mean everybody in my household will have suffer of the remaining hot summer heat. I have people in my home who have medical condition that requires the air conditioner.
4) We were only given 1 week notice to move the air conditioner. (However, we only really have 4 day notice because Sat & Sun, and 1 July was holiday.) The time frame to fulfill Fraser request is totally unreasonable.
Tomorrow, is the finally date which I should have everything done. However, it is not. (Plus I couldn’t get hold of Fraser to talk). What should I do?更多精彩文章及讨论，请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
