You probably will notice it immediately after you arrive at the urban area of Tel Aviv.  There are many electric scooters.  Tel Avivians ride it like Canadians ride bicycles, but they can go really fast!

How much is an electric scooter?  The local money is Shekel.  1000 Shekels is around 400 CAD.
