Pink berry iced tea

As soon as ready, this tea is left to chill after which enriched with berry syrup, chopped strawberries and jelly cubes.

1 l of water
four sachets of natural tea with berries
0.5 l of crimson fruit syrup
200 g of strawberries
crushed ice
edible flowers to style

1 litre of crimson fruit syrup
1 l of water
1 sachet of eight g agar-agar

For the gelatin, boil the syrup with water and the agar agar. Let it simmer for approx. 2 minutes. Pour the liquid right into a mildew of approx. 10 × 10 cm. Refrigerate for two hours.
