Day 5: 68 kg..slept 10 hours last night...the most important improvement is my blood pressure,

it dropped 15mmHg, both systolic and diastolic, amazing....

without any symptoms of allergies any more, the only protein food that I ate was cheese/poutine. Feels good to be a vegetarian, more energetic...no slouching😄...went to Toronto prime outlet mall and the point beach yesterday...spent 10 hours straight outdoor yesterday..
