My friend will move to Manitoba from Ontario. What is the most convenient way to move her belongs

(not so many,but exceed the limit to include them in the luggage with her flight) to the new place? I am thinking of Canada Post, or Purolater. Anything else is recommended? thanks a lot!
If it's not too much, your friend may fly with the extra luggage. The airline will apply fees on that, but may be cheaper than shipping it separately. Contact the airline to find out how much they would charge.

if lots of stuff & you drive , then use a car or van , you might find it more convenient to have your own car/van in Manitoba . Shop for car rental - one way [drop off at destination] if you don't own a vehicle but have a Drivers' Licence .
