Assisted with the preparation of financial statement, reports and analysis on an entity and consolidated basis:

1. Produce draft financial statement from main G/L system as well as consolidation
system
2. Prepare main account analysis of consolidated financial statements, mainly
on monetary assets, non-monetary assets, reserves, fixed assets. Analysis
should be different from G/L account analysis in that more focus on business
segment, region segment and legal structure.
3. Various continuity schedules such as fixed assets, intangible assets,
purchase obligation, payment commitments, pension funded status/OPEB liabilities,
and other accruals.
4. P/L analysis focuses on business segment/divisional trends, cost structures
fluctuation.
5. Equity movements by legal structure.
6. Financial statement notes preparation (refer to public company reporting
requirement, find the company’s prior year/quarter press release and study
in detail, focus on special business characteristic)
