Can you tell me more about the TX2? Why it's so hard? Is it corporation tax related? Tax planning? If my work is not related to tax, is it more difficult for me to prepare? As you said, this course is very useful, is it more useful in public accoutning firm?

Actually, I have a challege exam of TX2. That's why I am hesitating whether I take the exam or make other choices. I am afraid that it will take me much more time to pass TX2 exam other than the other ones. I am very appreciated if you can give me some suggestions.

BTW, PF1 is for public and non for profit
