握手， 直切主题。先go over简历上的经历，然后discuss compensation，asked base salary tracking record, then current base and bonus and expectation. I threw out a number, P说要得有点高，然后给讲当前市场４０－５０％increase is impossible. 15-20% is reasonable. 算是给我SET EXPACTATION。
P出去一趟说现在手上有几个职位很符合我的背景。一个在我的target list，一个是bank of tokyo Mitsubishi， 我也毫不客气说bank of tokyo Mitsubishi 就不用递简历了。P试图talk me into applying for this position. 我解释说请只给TIER ONE 公司递简历，而且递之前要我同意。 (This is just beginning, I am not in a rush, and I need to hold the ground.)
另一个职位和公司很不错，回去还要在把简历加点儿meat。
