"虽然有manager title,但其实不管人" - How would you know it before the interview?
通常管人的话,job posting 里会写有几个direct or indirect report, requirements 里也会要求以前有管人的经验。或者job posting 里会直接告诉你: no direct report。

别忘了,缺点讲到最后就变成了优点,以前没有太多管人的经验,但希望在将来几年里能有机会gain more people management experience。即谦虚又有上进心。

再说了,不是说前提是这个职位其实不管人,真要管人的话,你如果以前没有管人的经验,连interview的机会都不会有。 So I don't think there is any risk by saying that. :-)
1)优点介绍中 “就这以上五条,你的优点要是能沾上个三四条,这就是所谓的说到点子上了”,我想这里的大多数朋友对前四点都能发挥一下。谢谢提醒。
2)千篇一律的答案 “1.When I get busy, time management is often a problem for me”。 这一条是否要避免提到?特别是做reporting的同学?
I’m really tired of this stupid question. Interview is supposed to get the job, How can I tell the truth that may cause me lose the job? How can an employer expect to make a fair judgment among the candidates based on all the fake answers?
