  • 关于和老板谈加薪的要求。

    • 这个永远都是个难开口的话题。就算道理都懂,时机也很成熟,开口去谈也是要嘀咕半天的。
    • 钱不钱的,可以不急,如果想让老板在CGA经验评估上签字,怎么提?谢谢。
      • 如果你的老板是CGA,经验评审上签个字应该不难。 你手里不是 CGA组织寄给的信吗?show 给他看了。
        当然,你找老板谈的时机很重要,最好是老板有求于你的时候,比如说他有个ad hoc special job想让你来做,或者他特希望你加班赶活儿的时候。
        • 问题是现在不忙啊,今年的工作量只有去年同期的一半,我就象一个跳水运动员,在起跳前的一刹那,发现游泳池里没水了。

        以前公司有个小印,老板叫做事,总是一口一个“Yes,Sir”。有这种态度,签个字就不难了。
        • 工作态度确实很重要。请吃饭和小礼物就不需要了 (个人经验)。一般来说,脑袋上扣着个CXA帽子的老板,主要还是看你的工作表现和态度。

            In reality, there're many CXA boss who actually put "relationship" as equally important as "performance/attitude".

    • Talk to your boss directly.
      Once you think that you do more than they pay you, you can discuss the issue with your boss directly. Tell him that you spend more time on the job, sometimes you even work over time. Besides this, you think about the job, and find the ways how to complete the work at home. You need continue to do this in the future. You can say that I hope you can increase my pay based on my extra work. It's hard to open your mouth on this issue, but once you do that, the boss will give you something if they know you are important. Good luck.
