1. Why Your Boss is Programmed To Be a Dictator: A bood for anyone who has a boss or is a boss.
Chetan Dhruve
2. Lifescripts: What to say to get what you want in life\\\'s toughest situation
Stephen M Pollan & Mark Levine.
How to Negotiating Salary and Job Offers,在Holiday期间要好好学习学习。:)

For the first book, there is a online powerpoint summary. Just use the name and google it. Nice

Yes, this book influenced me fundamentally. Is it the same as "The Minto Pyramid Principle" by Barbara Minto?

Also much thanks to Jennifer, the co-faciliator for Group 6. Great case you lead us into, practical solution, very methodological approach and such an inspiration to me!
