公司收到支票，是历年realty tax appraisal 后，给的refund cheque， 不清楚这个和vacancy rebate 是一回事吗？应该如果记？ Dr bank, Cr 在那个account? tax expense or? 以前没做过，问题太多，都不好意思老问我的manager了，请高人指点。万分谢谢。

正确的做法，应该是reverse tax expense,然后需要再做跟tenant的past years reconciliation adjustment,把这部分往年多收的钱refund给所有的tenants。可是，现实中每家公司做法不一样，有些公司会怕麻烦而且不想还给tenant, 直接treat it as vacancy rebate也是有的。这得让你的manager做决定。
