I can't say how decent this program is。大家开始之前本都有心里准备，因为各样原因无法去读一个much better的。我只能说开卷有益，在百忙中没有蹉跎。

作业很多，比较花时间，但谈不上难。读完差不多半年了，职业上目前没变化。

To reach new height in your career, I think, solid foundation knowledge, communication skills, clear goals and appropriate attitude to your work and your colleague play more important role. Others are eye openers. The more you know, the more you feel you need to know. And this mindset could be helpful to your future growth.
