A real estate investment/development company located in Etobicoke is looking for a project accountant.

Qualifications:

1. Must have 3- 4 years full cycle accounting working experience
2. Must have 1- 2 years simply accounting working experience
3. Commercial property development or property management or real estate construction experience is required
4. Fast paced environment, detail oriented and excellent time management skills
5. Newstar software experience a strong asset, but no required
6. Compensation : 50K- 55K depends on the experience
