business controller 是 plant controller 吗？

Business controller is more focus on P&L. Financial Controller is more on B/S,

although both look into all financials. Plant Controller is operational controller at plant level. If Business Controller at plant level, it's the same as plant controller.
My industry and company has strong controllingship. Naming can be very different though. You need to define your company's plan first.

In my company, Corporate Controller is in the head quarter. All plant Controllers report to Corporate Controller . Business Controller is to be newly created for a person sent from shareholder. He also has financial background.
