Is there anyone else notices that PD webinars web currently only offer webinars with fees? there used to be a lot of webinars without fees,

we can earn 1-hr PD hour by taking the webinar & test for free. But for now, there're only webinars with fee available! Can anyone advise? Thanks in advance...
