刚才登陆到CGA 的account, 看到我的student status 变成了 finalist ,还给了finalist extension.可是我所有的都弄完了啊。有同学的状态也变成finalist了吗？

Have you met all the PERC requirements? My understanding is you're finalist if you finish all courses but PERC is not complete, which is my case.

My status changed today. I have question for the membership fee. It shows a $70.62 prorated basic tuition fee in the total membership fees. Anyone has the same payment of prorated basic tuition fee? Thanks

I don't remember exactly what I paid for but I do remember the prorated basic tuition fee and I was a bit surprise for that.

But the amount was preset in the system and we cannot change anything. It actually wasn't cheap at all for the membership application.
I sent email to CGA and did not receive any feedback yet. The total payment is $857 for me (or for all new members?), but for annual membership renew the payment is $804.19.

I don't know the board meeting date but probably we have to wait for another few weeks for the approval. The only thing I know is the CGA convocation will be held on Nov 7. It was mentioned in the last CPA, CGA transition webinar on August 5.

board meeting was supposed to be on Sept 26 and it was postponed to tentatively sometimes next week. I asked if we will have our status change in October. The person said that was the plan and we should be hearing from CGA within the next two weeks.. more waiting i suppose..
