Job Description
Job Title: Revenue Admin Analyst
Department: Finance
Location: Markham, Ontario
Reports To: Finance Manager
Major Purpose
Support sales and finance with the entry of sales orders in a timely and efficient manner
Job Duties/Responsibilities
• Create new accounts in Salesforce and SAP
• Input a high volume of sales orders into Salesforce and SalesLogix based off of purchase orders and order schedules
• Manage Dealer Orders and Partner Orders email distribution lists
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives to ensure all sales orders are processed in Salesforce and SalesLogix accurately
• Reconcile Dealer Orders and Partner Orders email distribution list ensuring all orders were entered
• Communicate and resolve inquires and questions from dealers and partners
• Monthly reconciliation between Salesforce and SalesLogix within defined timeline
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and via email
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting accuracy
