• Have you experienced any conflict b/t colleagues? How did it resolve?
• What r u going to do when you see a PSW doesn’t follow the procedure? – stop it.
• You see the PSW does this repetitively, what would you do? – ask someone else report the charge nurse, stay with patient to keep his/her safety.
