秋日不可忘进补。。。分享之:烤羊肩

做法:
羊肩肉几块,解冻,用纸搌干水份;烤箱预热到450华氏度;羊肩肉均匀抹上黑胡椒面、盐,用少许油在锅内将两面煎成黄色;再两面多洒点盐、少许黑胡椒面、孜然粒,(骨头靠底部)摆在烤盘内,盖上铝纸;入烤箱,450华氏度烤1个小时,取出倒掉一些羊油(根据本人惨痛教训,不可倒到厨房水槽,会堵;),盖好铝纸再烤10~15分钟;取出晾5分钟,打开铝纸,就可以吃了。
此法所烤羊肩肉,嫩至脱骨酥,配红酒甚美!:)
