这天从Curator 穿行 Notch 又到 Signal 的行程是整个trail 的精华。

不仅仅是它17公里的距离，爬升300米的高度

温哥华的同伴Daisy 说：
"Mother nature gave us a lesson of the Noble Truth, nothing is permanent. Whatever it is, it is. That is the way it is. "

由于Notch 的特殊地理环境，天气变化莫测，爱城的放风儿在几年前曾经走过这条Trail，Notch 那一段很难走，在大概2、3公里的trail 要爬高300多米，而且山口风很大，一层冰雪，气温在零度左右，山坡陡、滑，不能久停，所以大家最好一起通过Notch,在那里无法等人的。所以，放风儿和温城的爬手带我们慢组先行一步，然后快组的再跟上。

山峰上的天气变化莫测，反复无常。一会儿乌云密布、雨夹雪扑面而来，一会儿浓雾笼罩、寒风阵阵，一会儿云开雾散，太阳露出笑脸。。。
