请教一个会计实务问题,shipping term and payment term

For example, there is a vendor bill (invoice). Invoice date is July 1. Shipping term is FOB destination. Payment term is net 30. We received goods on July 31. When is this bill due, at the end of Aug?
I understand that on July 31, the title of the goods was transfered to our company. If we take an inventory count, we should include the goods we just received. But in terms of payment due date, should we consider all three elements, invoice date, shipping term and payment term? Thanks!
