RN role stressful with current hospital wise budget cut, I am a RN who practicing in Ontario, was a nurse in China( international nurse, attended bridge courses in college ), want to be a RPN now( just want to make life a bit easier). Anybody have similar nursing background and have done the RN to RPN role change, pls advise. Many thanks!!!
