No significant changes were found on their shapes and colors after one month at freezer. Before the frozen test, the fresh ones were kept at refrigerator for 3~5 days.

Thanks! We ate it this morning, and found it's still very delicious as the freshly made ones. So far so good. There are still two mooncakes remaining in freezer for 3 months frozen test. It's not easy to keep them for such long term tests without eating of them, since my daughter and myself all love to eat them very much.

A correction: "taking out of freezer " - should read as "taking out from freezer".
