每年冬天我都会做些腊味,俗话说:“小雪腌菜,大雪腌肉”,大雪节气一过,家家户户都要忙着腌制“咸货”,准备过冬了。这个腊鸡腿做起来很简单,无论是切开下饭或者撕成小条当零食佐酒,都非常合适。
材料: 2斤鸡腿 15克盐 10毫升生抽 3克花椒 20克白糖 20毫升白酒 八角2个 香叶3片
