1. Her eyes move around too quickly and randomly. She needs to pick a focal point and stay on it for 2-3 seconds and then move around, pick another focal point to stop for 2-3 seconds. The point is she needs to make a connection with all the audience. The the movement on the eye and head need to be natural from one focal point to the other.
2. Her body language is too hard and too fast. Having body language is good but try to soften it a bit.
Something she does very well.
1. She has very good posture. She is firmly grounded which appears to be confident.
2. Her talking speed is very good.
3. Her use of body language is very good but just need to watch point 2 above.
