Like every other fields in IT, senior people are always in demand. So if you have something like 5+ years of experience in either Solaris, AIX, HP/UX, it shouldn't be too hard for you to find job. Everywhere.

I'm not saying junior people can't find job, I'm just saying that junior people are much less in demand than senior people.
