Use your brain! not the communist crap. Actually Stallion want China to fight US. And Mao is willing to sacrifice his people to do so. The Soviet Union can actually veto the proposal then there is no UN but US. Why they donot veto?

Because Stalin want China in the war. China is used as a tool to fight since Mao does not care about any Chinese.
