- B.S. Degree in Comp. Sci or Engineering from a recognized University or Technical College.

- Extensive experience with Java development, and object-oriented programming principals.

- Experience with full-stack Java Enterprise development or web development.

- Proficient with HTML5 / Javascript / CSS3 technologies.

- Understanding of relational databases, SQL, and (optionally) No-SQL databases.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have skills:
- Java Servlets, and J2EE frameworks such as Spring MVC, Struts 1.x/2.x.

- Apache, Tomcat 8.x, JBoss

- Database experience with Oracle 9i+ or 11g and PL/SQL

- JQuery, Freemarker, JSON, XML/XSD, SOAP

- Mobile web development targeting Android / iOS

- Testing frameworks including Selenium, JUnit

- Cloud technologies such as AWS

- Web analytics

- Eclipse IDE

- GIT, or similar distributed source control with Mercurial, Subversion, etc.

- .NET Experience a Plus

- Familiarity with Linux or BSD
