回头想想，其实，政府的政策，只是单纯的不希望房价暴涨，而是健康的涨，政府是绝对不想房市跌或垮，跌派只需期待房价有所平稳和小幅回调就行，吐回年初，该买就买吧，当然除了圣母们，因为他们希望自己资产折半救济贫苦大众～～～
