Does it means s/he sold a whole lot of this things or sold just a lillte of it to someone ( not on purpose ) that cause most serious damage? That's a little bit vague. Another example for this is if a person sold a kitchen knife( with no license) to somebody, and that guy use that knife killed someone. Should the sells man also be executed?
