Responsibilities:
•Support the Financial Planning cycle for BI Canada comprised of the annual Long Term Forecast (LTF) and monthly updates through the Outlook process.
•Update Planning systems (BIPrisma, Longview) with budget and actual data. Includes sales data by sku including units, gross sales, discounts, Finished Goods samples, direct distribution)
•Perform detailed sales analysis on gross sales, discounts and net sales. Support the overall Rebate Reconciliation process, ensuring Balance Sheet accruals are accurate.
•Provide financial support to business partners.
•Completion of Additional reporting requirements:
•Co-promotion reporting requirements (Diabetes Alliance Reporting).
•TM1 reporting (Global system).

Qualifications:
• University degree and working towards an accounting designation or equivalent experience.
• Excellent knowledge of financial and accounting practices.
• Ability to analyze business drivers and financial impact.
