!!!另外一个律师的回答:

go through all of Canlii and link the cases in 2016 where a lawsuit actually made it to court (these would represent cases started in 2014-2015). I guarantee that you can count them in less than 2 hands. Like I said, it's published fact that over 90% of cases are all settled before court (not just RE cases). I guarantee that:

1.they were awarded significantly less than what they sued for
2.they only got back roughly 50% of their expenses spent
There's a reason there is a saying that only lawyers win in court cases.


总结一下:

也就是说,就算你毁约,卖家花费巨大经历,财力,并且最终赢得官司,也大概只能获得一半的赔偿
