If you have more than 8+ years work experience, I'd say avoid it. Otherwise, it is OK. The total pay package matches the market, it is more stable than small companies or start-ups. It provides lots of services to government agencies, banks, crown corporations and other big clients, so with work experience at CGI, you actually can jump to other good companies more easily because you already prove you have the capability to do your work otherwise company like CGI, which is more sensitive to individual performance will not hire you in the first place.
