提高生存状态的小练习

以下是一组快速提高你的生存状态的小练习, 如果做完后你感觉很棒, 觉得有兴趣一起探讨, 欢迎与我联系.

本练习方法: 尽量回忆过去的事件, 同时将回忆重点放在括号内的感觉上, 回忆完后, 试图回忆较早的这类事件, 同时将回忆重点放在括号内的感觉上.
比如: You were happy (sight) : 你回忆你高兴的时刻, 将重点放在视觉上, 然后你回忆较早的高兴的时刻, 注意回忆中的视觉.也就是, 每一项做两次.如果回忆不出来,可以跳过.

现在练习开始, 请回忆一个时刻:

1. You were happy (sight).
2.You had just finished constructing something(external motion).
3.Life was cheerful(sound).
4.Somebody had given you something(colour).
5.You ate something good(touch).
6.You had a friend(smell).
7.You felt energetic(sight).
8.Somebody was waiting for you(external motion).
9.You rode fast(sound)
10.Your saw something you liked(colour)
11.You acquired something good(touch)
12.You threw away something bad(smell)
13.You kissed somebody you liked(sight)
14.You laughed at a joke(emotion)
15.You received money(personal motion)
16.You felt young(colour)
17.You liked life(sound)
18.You played a game(body position)
19.You defeated something dangerous(smell)
20.You acquired an animal(emotion)
21.Somebody thought you were important(touch)
22.You chased something bad(external motion)
23.You were enthusiastic(sound)
24.You owned something(body position)
25.You enjoyed life(loudness)
26.You went fast(emotion)
27.You enjoyed a good meal(sight)
28.You felt strong(colour)
29.Somebody you disliked departed(sound)
30.Somebody helped you(smell)

30题做完后, 你可以从第一题开始再来个循环, 你会记起很多你认为你已忘掉的事情.
