如果要仅仅因为Performance开人,资方要有足够的书面证据证明该员工Performance差,且受到过应该得到的帮助而没有改进,比如说PIP(Performance Improvement Plan)。你现在这种情况应该尽可能的收集书面证据 (特别是原来经理好的Performace Review),英文不好不要轻易交流,谈话要有录音,还是让律师出面吧。估计你LG原来吃亏在英文方面了。
