1. Do I need to get a college certificate/degree for finding a IT job? A certificate of a Java Training Class in Toronto or Montreal will be enought for me to find a IT job? How long usually such training courses take?

2. What's the basic knowledge/prerequisit courses I should learn before starting Java.

3. I will probably stay in Beijing for 1.5 years before I will definitely move to Canada. What preparation you think that I should do to meet the Canadian job market needs?
