横竖是3000的佣金,对于买家,把多出来的反佣直接从房价里扣掉更简单划算(200万的房子才多1万往下砍一万应该不是很难),一来规避了风险(JJ反悔不给反佣),二来可以免税(反佣是JJ的费用要claim,也就是说是买家的收入,买家是要交税的,如果买家本身税率高,这笔钱很可能被收掉53%的税)
