糯米糍

xiaoxiaoai (艾)


糯米粉加水拌匀到稀稠状,蒸熟(约20分钟)。静置冷却一点后切成小块,取少许先搓成圆型再按扁,包入红豆沙馅后再搓成圆型,外皮再裹上椰子丝即完成。红豆沙先在冰箱里冻一冻会比较容易包。

很容易做的一款甜品,口感超好,柔软甜糯,yummy. ^o^ 我一般不放糖,因为红豆沙本身已经很甜了,也不放油,更健康一点。
