潮州干粿

xiaoxiaoai (艾)

周末在家经常做的,一家大小都爱吃。做法很简单,河粉在开水里煮一下,沥干放碗里。接下来整酱料,热少量油,放入牛肉或肉碎小炒一会,放入沙茶酱,花生酱,卤汁(我家常备做卤鸭时留下的),卤汁没有就用生抽代替(当然卤汁的话味道更好)。翻炒两下放入碗里。淋在干粿上拌匀就可以享用了。

再来一碗生蚝粉丝菜汤,完美。:: ೖ(⑅σ̑ᴗσ̑)ೖ ::
